This is the true story of how hundreds of innocent people fought to clear their names after being pursued by the Post Office through the criminal courts...
Following the astounding and rightful public outrage brought to the fore by Mr Bates vs The Post Office, series consultant on the ITV Drama, Nick Wallis expertly chronicles the very latest twists and turns of the whole affair. Expect a highly emotional and thoroughly informative journey - unveiling even more shocking details and stories around this gripping, unbelievable and outrageous scandal.
Nick will examine the shambolic commissioning of the disastrous Post Office Horizon IT system and the punitive methods employed by the Post Office to create the most widespread miscarriage of justice in UK legal history. Nick will then narrow in on the subsequent cover-up and legal battles fought and won by campaigning Subpostmasters, against all the odds.
There will also be a special guest or two, affected by the scandal who will join Nick on stage to answer questions and provide first-hand testimony.

2.30pm Special guest: Rubbina and Mohamed Shaheen
Rubbina and Mohamed had a Post Office in Shrewsbury. Innocent Rubbina was accused of stealing £43,000, was jailed for a year and ended up sleeping in a van. Shocking stuff - more on her story can be found here.

7.30pm Special guest: Tim Brentnall
Tim Brentnall ran the Roch Post Office in Pembrokeshire. He was convicted of false accounting in 2010. He is a powerful speaker and gave evidence throughout the last Post Office Horizon Inquiry. Tim has also been very vocal recently across the national media - more on him here.

7.30pm Special Guest: Tracy Felsted
Tracy Felsted, from Telford, was just 19 years of age when she was wrongly convicted and imprisoned after being falsely accused of stealing over £11,000 from the Post Office. Tracy has since personally held the Post Office Chief Executive Nick Read to account on what has been a truly inspirational and empowering journey. Read more on Tracy's story here.

“We only made the drama because of Nick Wallis… he is key in bringing this story to light."
